The constitution of Brazil says everyone has "free expression of thought". Except after a long list of exceptions, there's not really much freedom of speech left and plenty of ways a court can punish a person for expressing discourse.. Too bad. This verdict sounds like a political hit job and election interference.

Here I thought the judiciary was supposed to judge laws and apply sentences, here is a pack of judges literally making laws choosing who they want to run or not. Yet another reason impeachment is done by Congress and not by the judicial branch. I'm no fan of Bolsonaro but this is a stretch too far.
