EMPATHS DATING & NARCISSISTS

Why do we IGNORE our INTUITION when it's trying to tell us something?
If you've ever dated a NARCISSIST then you've probably thought... "What is happening?"
Considerate it a BLESSING in some ways that we DON'T UNDERSTAND why NPD's are the way they are. It takes EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE to be able to get GROUNDED and TUNE into our INTUITION... and... LISTEN... and... TAKE ACTION to protect ourselves from future TRAUMA.
We can get into a LOOP of OBSESSION and PANIC ATTACKS. Our INTUITION will SCREAM at us and if we don't figure it out... we're going to be STUCK in MENTAL CHAOS.
If you're not currently in a RELATIONSHIP and have gone NO CONTACT... be CAUTIOUS because narcissists often try and HOOVER you back in. When they run out of NARCISSISTIC SUPPLY... they're going to be looking for some.
We need to start SPEAKING out and HELPING other's who can't see the RED FLAGS. It seems that the WORLD has become IMMUNE to the DAMAGE that NPD's create. CHAOS!
If we can RAISE OUR VIBRATION... we can get to a LEVEL that NPD's cannot EXIST in. But it's ESSENTIAL that we've done some INNER WORK to PREPARE ourselves for potential CONTACT with someone we don't want in our lives.
It really pisses me off... and that is my MOTIVATION!
