I like this one! In a cold climate, the entrance vestibule could be closed off to form an "air lock" entrance. The kitchen is large, and although the pantry is around the corner, there is one. The laundry room forms another air lock entry. There are closets, not just add-on wardrobes, and there are two hall closets that could be for HVAC and hot water equipment if required. The architect did not succumb to trendy gimmicks, and a lot of thought went into this one.
@@MsLucyJayne Unless this was entirely created by AI, there was a human who designed it. He/she may just be an aspiring architect, but I'll be generous and use the title.
@@MsLucyJayne I suppose one call anyone who creates anything is an artist. I would call anyone who creates a house plan is performing the role of an architect. All architects and engineers use software. The days of drawing boards and T-squares is long gone.
This one is so close to perfect for our needs! If you could figure some way to make the master closet a walk-in closet then I would say perfect! I would add a two-car garage coming in through the laundry room, which would give us a storage space, but I like the bedroom to have the bed, nightstands, and possibly a week/makeup vanity and that’s it. This keeps the room clean and peaceful - ready for sleep.
Ooohhh ... I love this one! The mood that the decor you have in this house I find very soothing. The layout is perfect for this aging claustrophobic. The only thing I would change and that's a personal choice is I would add an attached enclosed garage and perhaps have the entry from the garage into the house through the laundry room? I love this one so much I'm going to go and watch the video again.
You took the text right out of my head, so to speak. I still like the separate side entrance with it's natural light to the laundry room. From the bird's eye view, I would swing the door 90 degrees to the left so it faces the front of the house. That would then mark the beginning of one of the three main garage walls. Personally, I would put the door facing the rear to keep the cabin curb appeal.
Brilliant transition from the living room to the kitchen with great lighting and views without being "open concept" boring. Not a lot of wasted space with hallways. Always have a proactive kitchen entry for appliances to be moved in (and out as they die) and ease of unloading groceries (as you get older or tired from a long trip). One bathroom that can be utilized without being in the master bedroom but just barely outside the doorway is great! Very nice this one.
Simple, one peak roof, easy to care for, nice outside space and attractive layout. Those one won’t break the bank or leave you wishing for more. Great weekend cottage.
Very nice layout my only con is how the range and peninsula are featured. I would like there to be a little more room between them. It would give you more space when cooking and opening draws and oven door could get difficult. Other than that I love this house.
I can see several areas where space can be reclaimed to get it down to around 850 sq.ft. But a great house. I would also pull back on the custom touches like the cabinets to save additional funds. I think I could build this one for $120k ( 850 sq. ft)
I worked in a factory for over twenty five years, until it closed. Nothing like drab, gray walls to bring your mood down. Yes, by all means, brighten the walls.
If I could bring a few things, I would want to retire here and live out my final days. My dog, my Toyota Truck, my workshop and tools, and my Zager Acoustic Guitar.

There was no architect involved. It’s an artist’s rendering.

I love everything about this home.❤❤
I agree!
Nice! Simple to build and very open for a smaller floor plan. You guys keep getting better and better 👍👍👍.
Thank you!! 😊
Love love love. I just need a little larger laundry room to accommodate freezer and litter box. Then it would be the truly perfect design

A most lovely home. I would like a wider living room. Other than that, I could live in this place!

Somehow, I think it is more expensive than that. A house like this could reach 200k.
Beautifully cozy.

Absolutely love!❤❤❤

Very comy and livable.
Looks cozy, and very beautiful, but I need more space. Have to have some modifications for storage.
Nicely done....closets & bathrooms could be combined in a more spacesaving arrangement.
It’s a perfect design.

BEAUTIFUL 😍
Nice ideas☺️ Would make not so “custom” & more cost effective user friendly cabin.
*sigh* This is just about perfect...would be so difficult to pick just one!!
Adorable! I love the layout
Magnifique ❤❤❤❤

Perfect! This one nailed it!
The perfect dream 😍

Again Trent from MI just want 1 😊
Lovely, but it needs a garage!
Really like this layout. I wonder how much it costs. Do you have a price range?
Not much closet space in the bedrooms. But a beautiful home.
❤
love this design, where can you purchase the plans?
Love this home, how much, details?
All the gray and black tiles, etc decor will outdated in no time. Otherwise, lots of things I like.
How would you be able to open the oven door?
Do you sell the Blueprints to these houses?
Love the design, HATE the gray--hate it.
Yes, the gray is overdone, and the most recent decorators say that gray is now dated. However, a few cans of paint can remedy some of it.
If you build a house, you can paint it whatever color you like 😊
😄😄
@@TMStudio68 is whatever program you use for this kind of like a videogame? I want to design houses 😂😂
Oven door won't open. Nice wood & stone accents though.

How can I contact you for more information, adaptations and project acquisition?
Does anyone know how much?

Why so many doors? And way to many windows for my taste.
We need the light
Pantry in living room not good design, where is water heater, furnace, these must be part of design
Dont care for the pantry in the living room
I'm 72, and don't walk well, I would want a walk in tub-shower

UNSIGHTLY OUTSIDE COLOR! THAT WOULD MAKE ME BLOW MY BRAINS OUT!

I love the color!
Where are the HVAC and water heater located?
@@williammoseley17 you usually have to sacrifice a linen closet or two. Air handler can go in attic but once it's there it's there forever.
These guys never remember those essentials or to consider wheelchairs incase you want to rehab in the cabin.
