Couldn't be more right about how easily the hardware strips out, and with the split washers it's hard to know when it's tight...but I guess if they come loose I can just weld it together.....
You've had this cart for a while now, so you've probably figured it out, the problem I noticed was that the tubing is rather thin walled so that when you start to tension the bolts up the tubing starts to crush. Takes a little finesse to tighten them enough to hold secure but not to crush the tubes.
Great Video! I just got one last night to put my Miller 211 on. I didn't notice any issues with the bolts, but I was not going to use an impact driver to put it together.
Thank you ! I used a small wrench and 2 fingers in a effort to not over tighten but maybe i just need to lay off the spinach lol. I probably just got a bad batch of bolts.
I would be more suspect of the nutserts vs the bolt, past experience with those they do not like to be over tightened. But the bolts are not the greatest quality
ObeytheEight nice ! Yea I think they just didn’t get hardened properly, I mite just tack weld some spots and be done with it. Other than that I’m enjoying mine.

I'm having to return mine the spacers that go through the axle aren't machined enough so they don't slide in the way they should

What size tank do you have on the cart?
J - Tech Do you think the Lincoln Weld-Pak 140 HD fit on this cart?
Thanks for sharing bro.

Tailgate Tech Does your Miller 211 fit nicely on it?
@@Muffduster yes, no issues.
That’s the one I want, this the one I can afford…lmao👍
I passed on this. It felt chintzy. It wabled and felt weak
The connecting hardware is cheap for sure. I will probably end up just welding it up, then it should be solid!
Maybe you had a bad batch of hardware. Bought the same cart and the hardware was fine even used my 3/8 cordless impact to tighten them

I dont get it. If you have the welder building one of these with some bed frames is basically free besides the wheels.
My bed frame is wood.. so...
@@pappaclutch3266 people throw out bed frames. They are free. You are a moron.
I got mine $38 off
