I’m so glad that both couples came to their senses and agreed to pay the reasonable price for the house they loved. Only fools let a few thousand dollars or pounds come between them and their dream.
Phil said he was confident he could secure the first house he showed Cara and Ben for under their budget-but he didn’t, in the end they were pushed to their absolute limit-but seemed very happy. I must say I find all the decorating in these properties horrendous-especially the wallpaper!😮
The first house was priced at £509,000 and Phil got it for them for $500,000. I agree with you about some of the wallpapers we regularly see in this show!
(35:05) You can see that the siding on the house is that nasty plastic stuff. In a fire, it would MELT. Every little thing about that house screams 'cheap!" to me. YES, it's brand NEW and brand-spanking CLEAN. But it will NOT wear well. I feel sorry for this young couple. Because it WILL begin to wear and fall apart. Those older properties may look tired, but they are probably much better built and far more valuable after renovation. THESE houses are built to lure people in... and this couple fell for it because they haven't the nose for real sniffing beyond the surface value. But THAT's the world we now live in.
I was born and bred in B/S when it was a charming market town but for me personally I'm glad I got out when I did as it's lost it's appeal. I feel the only advantage is that it has good rail links into London which has increased the property prices. The new built up area of Thorley is like a rabbit warren it's virtually a new town on its own.
How can anyone expect to sell a home with a garden and fence in that horrid condition? These couples will soon get tired of these long commutes, esp. with a baby..
Anyone whose god is not Mammon (or who doesn't worship any god at all) should ignore the rubbish posted by samratsai et al. Watching Location x 3 is an enjoyable and relaxing treat for me, but all too often I find these ridiculous ads posing as regular comments.
They have been together for 5 yrs, and she wants marriage and family , nothing wrong with that. Her biological clock is ticking. Justin is being undecisive and that is not right after 5 yrs. After that many years, , you either move all in or move out, don't string people along. Unless, both parties are happy just dating.
*God has blessed me with incredible mercy, and I praise His name daily. Our family is happier now and financially secure, even in retirement, thanks to an amazing $67k weekly return. This has transformed our lives after many struggles. I owe much of our success to the invaluable house advice we received, which guided us through this journey.*
YES!!! That's exactly her name (Maria Angelina Alexander) so many people have recommended highly about her and am just starting with her from Brisbane Australia.
"tick, tick, tick" the boxes - I'm a little amazed that the British, who have always excelled in brainpower, cannot expand their vocabularies beyond "tick" the boxes - oh well, such is life
Kirstie and Phil always make my sad days happy. Love the two of them.
Kirsty never fails to offer them the best advice. She's amazing... Phil being so "casual"was so cute!
Phil running around catching leaves made me laugh from the start 😂
Two really nice couples ready to go the next step in their lives and relationship - and recognizing that they needed help doing so!
Thank you Kirstie for saying "no fewer than" five links to London" instead of "no less than" five links to London. I like this video already.
Loved this episode! The two couples were wonderful.
Loved both couples.. I hope they're still doing well 8 years down the line in 2024.. Thanks so much for posting! 🙏👍
Great results for both sets of house hunters. The difference in the curb appeal of the houses at 440,000 and 500,000 was amazing.

Thank you for uploading.
Once again, Phil and Kerstie and the happy ending made my day.

British and Russian people seem to have a thing for wallpaper😊
I would have bought the cheaper Bishop Storford house.

It's the same in the US. Buyers expect deep clean, uncluttered, renovated and up to date houses and yards OR they walk away ASAP. HIGH EXPECTATIONS.
Me encantan sus videos, lastima que la nueva edición de 36 videos no los pueda ver están sin subtitulos, los necesito en español.
The garden is overlooked ,
From some bedrooms! And what you gonno do in t he garden, naked partys?

I reported the salesman.
@@Bluetangg Thanks (I did too).
A price in excess of 500,000£ is ridiculous for a home w/ only 1300 sq ft of living space.
Stortford is quite hilly...
Justin is making a big mistake
Justine seems unsure about the marriage thing...I feel she is pulling the strings. Or is it wearing the pants..

Thanx for this upload. I love Phil & Kirsty. p.s. Justin is HOT !!!

Maria Angelina Alexander I really appreciate her efforts and transparency.
I remember giving her my first savings $20000 and she opened a brokerage account for me it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.
This is a definition of God's unending provisions for his people. God remains faithful to his words. I receive this for my household.🙏

How can I contact her directly?
