It looks like the driver has a very bad habit of never letting go of the shifter. That's probably the first thing an instructor would tell a green driver on his first track day. Two hands on the wheel. Shift, then two hands on the wheel again. The only excuse for this sloppy style is if the driver was incapable of raising his right arm because of a shoulder injury or something. Either way coming into the first turn after a long straight driving in his rear view, one handed, too hot. Yeesh. He got loose there one the previous lap too. Wonder why?
