That's honestly one of my favorite things about the Marionette. To date, I've only ever been fooled once, but I have won a couple games by claiming that someone was a Marionette, only to bring them to the end and have them realize the horrible truth.
Very interesting one. Not an easy game to be evil in, not really super powerful minions there and with a lycan. There was a nice amount of misinfo going around and no one was quite sure what demon it even was at the end there. Very good. Oh god, town trying so hard to convince you that you are NOT the marionette to get you to nominate Bones for them. It just doesn't work out. It even made Bones panic there, trying so hard to defend against everything they bring up. ....I would have been mad if Bones had actually lied to you though.
Bones knows me VERY well; if he had told me any other day... OOH. But it's incredible what just a touch of misinformation in the right places can do. And, to be fair, from my perspective, my world was exactly one of two, and in both, I was the necessary kill.
Honestly, I... kinda like it? And yet, I think the reason nominations can be so revealing is because you get to watch as people raise/lower their hands in accordance with how OTHER people are voting. It's very important information.
@@aetreides I don't know, since I haven't even seen a CL, IRL, LOL. I was thinking that it wouldn't be possible, but on second thought, it seems easy to do it that way. I've had a Fiddler vote like that, where the players were either for or against the randomly chosen player, and the decision took a few seconds.
I am glad to have made Etreides donate :P
Having a mario in an all evil f3 made for an interesting inversion, with town trying to convince an evil they are good

Man, you just got strung along that entire game...
I see what you did there, but just like Pinocchio, I got no strings to hold me down...
@@aetreides Well, be glad you weren't Pinocchio, because that would mean that you're a real boy 🤡

Ohh so this is what was being discussed as the new Cult Leader cult joining method

@@aetreides there's definitely pros and cons for both methods. It's definitely a method that will be up to each individual ST to decide on
It seems fine for online play, but not for IRL.
@@darbyl3872 you prefer a more standard "nomination vote" for Cult Leader IRL?

Whoa that's a little views
Only a very small amount, yeah. Can't imagine why!
