Because frozen us heavier than unfrozen, and even when you blend the flesh lose weight

¿En qué momento se saponifica la sosa con los aceites? ¿Cómo verificas que la sosa que es corrosiva no queda son saponificar y resulta el jabón muy alcalino?
Tal vez ella no te conteste por el idioma; pero los aceites se saponifican desde el momento en que mezclas la sosa con los aceites y el proceso continúa hasta que el pH se regula a un 7-8. De ahí sucede algo llamado cristalización, que es durante el tiempo que el jabón se cura y obtiene dureza, regularmente comienza a partir de las 24-48 horas. La cristalización prácticamente es que el agua se seca, el jabón pierde un poco de peso y gana dureza, por eso se recomienda dejarlo curar por 4 semanas, aunque sí es posible usarlo desde el momento en que lo cortan. Sobre tu segunda pregunta, a los jabones se les pone un exceso de grasas que se le llama ''sobre engrasado'', en el video aparece como ''superfat''. Esto asegura que toda la sosa se disuelva y que quede grasa sin saponificar, aportando más suavidad al contacto con la piel. Prácticamente si haces la receta tal y como es, es imposible que el jabón sea corrosivo. Aún así si en el momento que lo haces tienes dudas, puedes verificarlo con tiras de pH tras unos días de haberlo cortado. Espero que haya respondido con la información que necesitabas.
