In melt team comp, nahida also works in place of xiangling.

is Hunter's path really better than the First Great Magic for melt ? also how do Amos and Aqua compare to these?

1. Hunters Path is bis for Melt Ganyu
2. Followed by First Great Magic
3. Then Aqua
4. Polar Star
5. Amos Bow.

I think the difference between Hunter's path and FGM is really minimal, i found my FGM melting slightly bigger numbers.
But on freeze teams Hunter's Path excess cr would be useless kinda. As a hardcore ganyu main, I pulled FGM.. so it will not be worth pulling Hunter's path would it

I feel like some of the info here is outdated, for melt her best team would be with nahida instead of xiangling! Nahida not only applies more pyro due to how the burning reaction works, but she can also increase ganyu’s EM with her burst!

I wanted to make a freeze team so I don't have to worry about crit rate. You know the one:
Blizzard 4pc adds 40% crit,
Cryo resonance adds 15% crit,
and her passive talent adds 20% crit.
but i'm still working on it and i'm currently unhappy with her dmg. just about 20k~. Is there any way of improving or do I just suck at building characters?

depends what teams you are playing. melt or freeze. if freeze get shenhe

Polar Star is her Best weapon for Freeze and Mono Cryo teams. It can also work good in Melt teams if you can maintain its stacks.
