Nice work Stefan! Love the workshop. I'd be really keen on you showing everyone how you'd tune your Fiat and what process you do for setting the Ignition timing and all the other related stuff around that. Loved your Carb rebuild post and followed it step by step soon after! Thanks, all the best mate.
Hi Stefan really great video really helpful if possible could list parts and suppliers for powder coat oven just ideal for projects i have in mind keep the videos coming
Nice video, do you have a link to the filter/regulator you used on the bottom of the gun? do you have a video on the oven, just an overview in ore detail and a good look around covering all the electrics and where you sourced them from would be great also. Nice size oven.
Hi Stefan. Like yourself I have recently purchased the Easy Coat system. I also need to build a larger oven than a domestic oven. Could you give me some details in parts you needed. I can build the frame myself no problem but, not sure about the electrical side of things. Did you have to hard wire your oven if the element is over 2.8kw. Thanks
i made the caseing the pid control came from amazon and the switches from ebay and the lights from somone on the internet and i hard wired it all together
Great video .I have just ordered the same system .this will be my first time powder coating. If you could please answer a question for me . What size of compressor are you using for your blasting cabinet and what blasting material do you use before powder coating .any advice would be very helpful thanks
hi well i did have a 3hp abac compressor with a 90 litre tan but it was to small so now i have a 150 litre hydrovane HV02 compressor which is great and about the biggest on single phase and it has 100% duty cycle so it can run all the time. I am using a glass bead media fine when i blast aluminium thats not going to be coated and a more corse sand for stripping to leave a slight key when powdercoating
The powder passing over the plastic nozzle in the gun gets electrostatically charged, and the gun is grounded to the part through the wire, so the powder is attracted to the part in a similar way to an energised system. I own this gun/kit and achieve fantastic results with it.
amazing videos about the 500!! please continue whit it!
Amazing videos, you really got to publish more! Thank you!
Just purchased on one of these, can't wait to give it a try👍👍

How does it work if it's not energized?
