Hi,
Please can you offer some advice,ive received a letter from a debt recovery agency referring to a penalty charge notice that allegedly took place in September 2021, I've not received 1 single letter from the council nor the debt recovery agency up to today and they are only giving me 5 days to (which is 5 times fhe actual original charge amount!!), do I have any rights here at all ? Any urgent response would be really appreciated,thank you.

hi received a council PCN for stopping in hatching they stated date of offence was 4/5/2024 when their footage (photo cctv)shows 5/4/2024 29 days earlier . I can defiantly confirm I was not in the car driving on stated offence time and date they can check that with anpr pnc check i believe. im appealing time and incorrect letter /evidence think thats ok?

Hi, i received a pcn from crossing the the qe2 bridge on Dec 31st . The pcn was issued on 27th march. Can i appeal on the time schedule ? Thanks

What if you receive a supermarket pcn more than 28 days after the offence?

Hi Mack! private parking tickets usually have to be issued within 14 days of the offence. If you were notified, the timeframe will change to within 28 days.
