INSANE PURSUIT OF ARMED ROBBERY AND CAR THEFT
On April 19, 2023, an armed robbery took place at a North Miami convenience store. The suspects fled the scene in a white Lexus, prompting the North Miami Police to request assistance from other agencies. The Lexus was later located in Opa-Locka, and despite efforts to surround the car, the suspects managed to escape. The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) then joined the chase as the Lexus traveled through several cities at high speed. The chase continued north on the Florida Turnpike into Palm Beach and back into Broward County.
