- apologies for the very jarring style changes throughout and especially mid way through! i wanted to experiment with using more colour and keyframing (im still trying to find an animatic style if you couldnt tell) and I did not realise how annoying it would be to do that. BUT by that point i was over half way done, I wasn’t gonna redraw it all, and I wasn’t gonna leave it unfinished, so here’s what we have!! Maybe one day ill go back and redo it all one way or another. Probably not. But either way i hope you enjoy :)

What. The. Muffin. This song has always been a sly allusion to stalking, but there's no pretense here -- it's chillingly clear that the Ender King views Philza as his rightful possession, and any attempts to evade him are merely the feeble struggles of an animal caught in a trap. I especially like the POV change with the line "How my poor heart aches," showing the terror eventually fading to defeat in Philza's eyes as he pretends nothing is wrong. (BTW, style changes are fantastic! Never apologize for experimenting to strengthen your talent! DRAWING IS HARD and you're killing it!)

Love the character designs, especially your take on the Enderking. Boastful with an overwhelming presence you can’t ignore, just as condescending as imagined. I also love how you capture these characters expressions.
I also love that you made use of the audio from his VODS, they flow perfectly with the song choice for this animation.
I especially loved the moment between Fit and Phil transitioning from Phil standing in front of one of his brothers in arms to his Son facing his possessed Fathers form, prepared to defend himself. The growl from Phil combining perfectly with the Vocals of the song was just chilling too.
I hope this makes it into a Movie Night at some point, or that Phil himself will see this cause I’m sure he’d appreciate how you captured the intensity of this arc ❤

Oh my God!! I absolutely love this!!! Chase Holfelder's music with Philza's lore is a fantastic combo. The way that the Enderking's voice comes in when the music says, "You belong to me." Ahh, I love it! And the design for the Enderking is amazing! Phil's scream at the end gave me chills. I hope that they play this in the next movie night.

This is incredible!!! I love every part of this, great song choice!! My favorite part is probably 0:16 - you can see how scared both Chayanne and Tallulah are, but they would do anything to help their Dad ❤
