Bro, thanks for the plug for the box cover! I'd been putting it off because modifying the box without a spare seemed iffy. Just ordered one and I'm jumping on this as soon as it gets here. Great video. Love the black/red with black wheels! Nice ride! Mines blue/white with white wheels/stripes
Great little video and nice job covering all the steps. Thanks for this post! I have a 2008 S Clubman with a rebuilt JCW engine mated to a Clutchmasters FX300 clutch and single mass flywheel in it. I'm noticing that my shifter feels sloppy and I'm wondering if this short shifter with the new pro bushing in it will tighten it up?
Been looking at getting this exact kit for my 09 R56 JCW but didnt want to until I saw what it looked like with the shift plate instead of the boot. Will be getting!

As useless as the cold air intake mod. Cut the shifter by 2 inches and replace de rubber bushing of the cassette with solid bushing. Short shifter travel, reduced shifting lag, all you need

Shift well plate looks backwards but enjoyed the video and will be doing this and the gp jcw conversion myself, i have a r56 s.
I'll have too check it out and make sure, and you will love it. Gives it a nice notchy feel when shifting!
