Also, I think male groups exploit those para social relationships to gain popularity much more than girl groups. I think it also has a lot to do with east vs west. For instance, ateez Yunho also had a dating rumor but no one cared because their largest base is western.
I think your point is valid and probably another one is that usually, male idols start their military service very late into their career so fans would also have a life outside Kpop so they are less pressed about the dating 🤔🤔🤔

But I think the main reason for this difference in treatment from fans is because majority of kpop fans are women, therefore majority of fans for both of them are also women, wich we all know. And we also know that majority of women like men, not all but many, so there are more women attached to joshua than lisa, no matter if they feel like they want a relationship with him or not, but is we compare in distance from pure admiration to LOVE, men's fans are closer to the latest, so they are more "passionate" about them. Is not about the person but the gender, is the nature of humans, but which isn't is being rude to your idol, and that is a failure in values and education
