People might not know but ramius is actually based on Russia's(or soviet union) typhoon class which came during the cold War and kosatka is based on delta 4 submarine (mostly according to me) also from cold War.

4:03 That is not a horn, that is submarine ballast. They are necessary to put the submarine underwater or on water. When you need it underwater, it will be filled with water. When needed up, filled with air. That's why the sound comes, it's the air flowing
there's actually also a horn that's sounded when you're diving / surfacing tho; I doubt that you can really hear the tanks being filled as that would be really bad from a stealth perspective

The cool thing is that these three decks only go to about halfway on the sub until you get to the engine compartment.
