This client-built PECAN GROVE HOME TOUR (reversed) takes you through each space of the house showing details, and architecture. I always hope my house plans feel warm and inviting. My design goal is for it to be beautiful, meaningful, and cozy! Porches, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, and Primary Bedroom as well as other rooms are included in this relaxing home tour.

After you toured/showed the laundry room, a half bath was shown. Where is that on this plan?
A half bath was previously shown that has a black/white floor. I just cant figure out where this bathroom is.

@@oldbarndesign no! Its the pecan grove, but the floor plan on your website shows all bedrooms on the first floor with an optional bonus upstairs, I wish I could post the photo to show you 🩷
@@jberta3 this is the Pecan Grove. This couple added a bed/bath and office in the bonus room, but there are also 2 bedrooms and a jack and Jill bath on first floor. It’s the same plan, just slightly modified.
I also have a video of another pecan grove (reverse) client build while it’s under construction that shows just a bonus room upstairs.

@@jberta3 Yes, all 3 beds are on the first floor on that one. This one has 3 bedrooms on the first floor too, plus the additional one in the bonus room space. If you haven’t already you can see the floor plans on our website oldbarncompany.com/shop/
