Nice holds, good job. For such a wall, that is not too steep I'd recommend making much poorer footholds otherwise it may be really hard to engage core and set challenging boulders.

Hey, i wanted to do something like this and wondered if i make big holds can the middle part where tnut goes crack, did you have any problems in the last 2 years? i was thinking of putting a steel bar inside. Do you have any ideas?

Hello! I think it depend on the hold size. I did not make big jugs and these sizes which you can see in this video have no problem at all, does not need any reinforcements. I hope it helps!

Great video. I would like to build similar. I would be interested to see about setting out problems.

No, sorry, these holds are made only for self use. I had a plan though to manufacture holds, but it would be a future story.

Are the cavities in the larger holds meant to be used as pockets? Are they made with a router?

Yes, they are! Not too deep though...
I made them with a router.

what kind of varnish are you using?

Hi Daniel. I used the Milesi KGA1 polyurethane clear gloss varnish. Just a very light coat to protect the holds from humidity, because the wall is outside.
