This is so great !Surfs guitars with tremolo Cuban horns, marching drums and soft voice of a woman ..It's like I'm in an old western movie or something ..COOL.

I only knew the "Surfing" version of The Lonely Sea title until I heard this too.
Thanks for sharing all these rare treasures, I'm glad I decided to search The Ventures, Mel Taylor etc. I got most of the U.S. lp's, cd's and a few Japan releases and thought after in the vaults vol. 1 - 4 there wasn't alot left, glad I was wrong, this song also gave me a chill up my back and a strong feeling of reflection, relief, powerful stuff just what I needed Thanks again.
I LOVE IT!

Great posting of a classic. I wonder if this was recorded for the Surfing album and redone with more guitar tracks because it sounded too "Herb Alpert" and not surf style. Bob Bogle was almost certainly the lead guitar player. It sounds like a Jazzmaster .
Lot's of *************
Yeah man, it's a cool one. Spanish rhythm !
Sounds more like the Herb Alpert
this isn't to bad thanks .. sounds like Herb Albert ...
