Just picked up my 2024 Cx-5 select 1hr ago. Big up to Metro Mazda Mesquite, TX for making it smooth, quick and reasonable. Below MSRP without the unnecessary fees and add-ons. ❤
Just bought the CX-5 select and we are loving it. Roomy. Smooth Ride. Comfortable Seats. Plenty of leg room front and back. Lots of nice interior features. Keep up the videos Johnathan. Just learned a few things about features I wasn't aware of.
I have 2024 select best vehicle ever very realible very very smooth i love the way mazdas drive its very safe and brakes are excellent the engine its so quiet. I would stick with mazdas all my life no toyota or honda can replace cx5 its an excellent suv.

I've seen a lot of 24 selects with non painted molding. I was under the impression only the paint upgrade models get the full paint (red, gray and white)?
Waiting for mine to come in. I hope it DOES NOT have that dreaded i-stop feature. I hate it & might just be a deal breaker for me. Can this be PERMANENTLY turned off or do you have to turn it off EVERY time you start the car ? Thanks for all your video's. It's what made me choose this new CX5, select model 😊
Only reason why I didn't go with the Select trim was because I wanted leather seats. Leatherette can last quite a while, but it does not wear as well, and it degrades faster than real leather.
Okay guys I need help? Cx-3 G20 SP Touring or CX-5? Went to the dealership today and the guy was selling the Cx-3 hard - but offered no other different options. The Cx-3 is 38K! But I don’t want to buy it if I can get a better deal for 38K! Please someone help. What’s selling me with the Cx5 is that it’s a medium SUV as opposed to small SUV which is the cx3

It's been awhile since I've seen a newer car with a cd player. I use to use cd's all the time but definitely not a deal breaker for me when shopping for a car. I had one in my last car and barely used it. I just purchased the 2024 Mazda CX-5 and I love it!!
The pinstripe is just ghastly. I can't imagine anyone in 2023 coming in to the dealer and requesting a pinstripe be applied to a car they'd like to purchase, or being excited about it being there on a car in stock. These are Mazdas, not Buicks.
Unfortunately it was ruined with awful annoying stop/start. Even though u can turn it off it’s a deal breaker for me. My old 2017 six and my current 22 CX9 doesn’t have this horror of constant shutting off at stop signs & red lights.
@@Qdogg1985 Everything on stop/start cars is more complex. Heavy duty starter and battery which is way more expensive The cooling system has been redesigned, the transmission was reengineered to b able to just go. Oil wants to drain in the pan when an engine is off. Google some of the problems CX50 & 90 owners r having already.. My CX9 gets 25.2 MPGs highway. I’ll gladly sacrifice 0.2MPGs so my car can last 150k miles.

Just got one yesterday and so far coming from a 14-year-old Civic I like it a lot. Hope it last as long as my Civic. And NO I-stop. Which I like very much.

You’re probably won’t have it if it fresh production. You can disable it every time you start it.

Better looking? It’s hideous. Fake exterior vents, ridiculous oversized plastic cladding, cheap interior, etc. Looks like a station wagon.

The CX5 is an excellent vehicle. Probably the second best looking SUV...after the CX50.

Is 187hp enough for this car, if total 4 people in car, driving in freeway, to keep 70 mph speed, and also need accelerating to change lane?
I test drove one. It feels very sporty to drive with the 6 speed auto. It def feels a little more than 187 hp and it would be enough power to pass

Dont know what you mean be smooth drive. The cx5 has a off road suspension and does ride somewhat rough
No CD player? That sucks, I've been looking for a new car and it never occurred to me there'd be no cd player.
Pretty much no new cars have cd players, thing of the past.
