- Reviewing Xiaomi's Redmi Buds 4 Pro true wireless earbuds, some impressively budget-priced 2022 TWS boasting adaptive ANC and the full range of Bluetooth features. The Redmi Buds 4 Pro are among the best earbuds at this price, although the battery life estimate is rather high and the sound quality can't match rivals that are slightly more expensive.
I've been testing out Xiaomi's TWS noise cancelling earphones for over a week now so here's my full, final verdict! Check out my reviews of other true wireless earbuds to see which is best for you.
The Redmi Buds 4 Pro serve up some very impressive ANC at this budget cost. The adaptive tech works pretty well, while the cancelling helps to dampen traffic, trains and other constant background sounds.
Battery life with noise cancellation active is only around 4-5 hours max, which is still good enough for a lengthy journey. However, despite the dual driver design and LDAC support, the Xiaomi Redmi Buds 4 Pro sound rather flat, lacking a detailed soundscape. Pretty standard for true wireless earbuds at this budget price.

I got this and i am a bit dissapointed. They have hi-fi sound and with that activated the earbuds drops connection all the time, audio starts to lagg and to fix it is to changeto transparent mode and then back, very annoying, Solved this by just disable hifi sound and the difference is not much. But now it stays connected,But my main issue is that the max volume is not high enough. ANC is great but I wish they had a bit more kick to the audio, I workout a lot and want that little extra. I got a pair of Lenovo Thinkplus gm2 pro and the volume is much higher. Or is it just my headphones that are low in volume?

Nice review as always. Though i just got myself the JBL Tune 510 BT which are on ear but still im very happy and the battery-life is actually insane. Many brands brag about that but in this case i have to agree, i get even a bit over 40 hours with these, i was amazed to be honest. The sound is pretty good too and if you like bass then youll be happy for sure.

t2 pretty much has better anc than most pairs under 100$ afaik but it does have a reset button anywhere and is a pain in the ass when the two pairs get disconnected

Have you tried the SoundPEATS Life buds? It's got ANC and a decent transparency mode with app support. But most importantly, they sound GREAT!

Gosh my linked bud S last only for 9 months.. both buds drained out in less than 15 mins. I dunno why, i only used them while doing my work out

I have it and it's good, more comfortable than galaxy buds pro and Less sound piercing (sound may differ, I'm using Poco f3).

@@jettnerona they're not big they're just wider and not tall. Looks bout the same as airpod pro (I don't have one for reference). This earphone is great for gaming low latency and had 5.1 surround sound. I rate 8/10

They are considered different brands and each has its own characteristics.
If your mobile is xiaomi it will be more compatible with the t pro, if redmi will be with redmi and the redmi doesn't have wireless charging.
Further more, the redmi buds have ANC for 43d which is high.

@@dakshgupta8846 previously, I was not using any noise cancelation based, so i cant compare with other brands. but in my experience. its a good product. Battery time is really really good. and also one earbud can also be connected with Bluetooth, which makes the battery time double. i would suggest to buy.

from someone that recommended me the Redmi Buds 4 Pro, at the shop where i bought it, they told me to not pick the more expensive & "premium-end" wireless buds because it has ALOT of problems, and I also tried the demo one they gave and it failed to connect with my phone. But it still has battery juice left.
The Xiaomi Buds 3 Pro feels premium because of the material they used, but in terms of comfort and build quality it's almost the same. Also, Redmi Buds 4 Pro is a bit shorter than the Xiaomi version that's why i prefer that.
