One thing I’ve learned from this video and my own journey is you need to be willing to make sacrifices. You can’t accomplish your goals without making sacrifices. You may need to sacrifice some sleep, perhaps some of the foods you like, but especially (and this can be the hardest) you have to be willing to tell people NO. People will push and pull on you as much as you let them. If you haven’t gone to the gym yet, then you have to tell your friends no to happy hour so you can go (or whatever the situation). You need to be ready and willing to sacrifice

I go to the gym religiously (5-6 times a week). I do an hour run then 40 min resistance training. Not necessarily to put on muscle, but rather to feel like I'm in a body harder than wood but softer than steel. A warrior's body. The warrior mindset is singular of focus. It doesn't consider past or future. Ever in the present moment with all of his/her being. The sensation of that hardness of body comes with the singular focus but it can be induced with the warrior training schedule. The rest is patience. I don't look towards getting into relationships although, I don't mind to be in one (with the right person), but as long as I can have alone time . Yes the discipline (rather than the look of the body) is what is attractive to women. For me an ever new relationship with spirit with God and the higher realms is more worthwhile than chasing relationships. In fact, if i didn't have that first, I wouldn't even consider a relationship.
