It is so cool, this is Japanese Vespa :) . Honda is the best motor bike in the World.

Metallic dark red with your scratch finish, wheels high gloss black, brown 'crocodile skin' seat cover. Looks like it needs a +3 rebore and new exhaust, maybe a new reed valve often valves don't close when they are worn out. Semi enduro pattern tires Adventure Scooter!
After the last Honda CB 1300 this small scooter rebuild's gonna be an easy job.
I would paint it original Honda Scoopy red.

I think the same colour perhaps a tan fish or reptilian leather seat and other accent and bump rail guards reflective and in honour of where one would most likely to find the people there as reciprocating the faithfulness of such a scooter. Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and the way this much admired and but we'll utilized scooter reved up with but a little TLC it's easy to realize why . So yeah same or as close a match to the same blue saving the big bucks for the leather seat and some running led lights as the Filipinos have on their jeepnees. And maybe a daring bigger daily grocery racks and basket. ❤
