This is what I used LICHIFIT 1pair TV Speaker Bar BN96-16796/16798/18089/18088/18070 A/B/F/H/G Replacement Part for Samsung TV Television a.co/d/10lbrLv
Thanks for the vid. I have the same problem on the same TV. I didn't know the speakers were that small and wimpy. I'm just going to buy a good soundbar with better speakers.
Unfortunately, after the change of the speakers, tv sounds/voices play very low volume only now, even at 100 level, so I have to re-install the old cracking speakers... Can someone figure out why this happened to me? The new speakers look identical to the olds and I followed the whole installing process without issues....can the new speakers be Not indicated for my tv? Do i miss to do something?
@@jonparkmac Ok no prob, by the way thanks for you video and support... I own a Samsung ue46d7000 year 2011... I bought those speakers (link in the next comment in order tò prevent this comment to be deleted)... After the re-installation of the old speaker TV sound works... I wonder if the new speakers were faulty (both???) or not suitable for my TV...
I fixed my ue46d6500 from 2011 with parts from AliExpress whose description mentioned this model exactly. However upon opening the TV it became clear that the four posts on the plastic back that hold the screws that go into the speaker housings were broken off. Superglue was no solution as they broke again when the back panel was screwed down. I finally used double side taoe. Buzzing gone ! Let's see how many more years the TV will last.
Shit if I know, that's a question for Mr Spok. I doubt these have any reason to store enough energy for a serious shock. An air condition compressor, absolutely..not these though. Just touch the speaker parts ..the rest is grounded metal. Nanoo-Nanoo 🖖🖖
As a retired speaker engineer I think it’s shameful that this little piece of junk is supposed to produce sound loud enough to hear across the room including bass frequencies from music. Something this small just isn’t capable. It’s pathetic.
I know, right? It's astonishing they produce what they do. The TV sound-level should at least show a warning when it is in the blow out range. People think they have 20% more when they really don't.
what website did you buy the part from?

Very nice. I'm glad this helped you
Perfect video, has just the right amount of necessary information! Thanks for making this. I should be able to repair an old Samsung plasma with this.
I try to keep my videos short yet with accurate details. It's hard to find a balance.
Well you nailed it.
My replacement speakers came today, it was an older Samsung plasma, but the install was pretty much the same and it's now working.
Great video. Very informative. Thank you for posting.
I hope it helps you. Thanks for the comment
This TV looks very similar or identical to mine. Thanks for excellent video. What is the Amazon part number so I buy same?

Nice. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Thanks. Just replaced my bad speakers after dealing with them forever.
Great. Glad this helped and hearing this makes it worth the effort for me. Thanks for your feedback.
So are these TVs safe to work on without worrying about discharging energy or getting shocked?

@ manufacturers should not install speakers that cannot take everything that the amplifier can put out. Doing so is just a bad decision.
