+Chris Spence while I don't know the exact stats its better to try and get a roll with counterbalance and something like braced frame versus focused fire + braced frame. It's been tested that focused fire only REDUCES the time to kill on auto rifles. The only reason mr. Fruit seemed to be killing faster with focused fire on is because he's landing more shots. Focused fire on bullet hoses just turns them into zarinea-d type weapons with a bigger mag but less aim assist. So overall focused fire isn't too bad but it's highly recommended to try and get a roll with counterbalance instead. Hope that helped :)

You should have gotten an account with a counterbalance roll. Soulstealer with counterbalance has also more range than Doctrine. Soulstealer CAN be better than doctrine with right perks

I've outgunned mida doctrines and hawk moons multiple time I just had a game where I scored 5400 points with 26 or so kills and it had none of the perks active except truesight is. it wrecks.

Mr. fruit! Please do another review on this weapon with my soulstealer claw! mine has much better perks ( no offense to him) but this video just doesn't do it justice. Mine has much higher stability and increased range when aiming down sights.
+Peter C Hawkmoon is more consisten, especially at range and pairs well with everything. That beeing said it is a regular hand cannon jsut with luck in the chamber on steroids. TLW is unique in the way it fires and is godly if you can use it. You have to be willing to be up close, at like shotgun range. It is very fun to use. So TLW = fun, close range shredder, Hawkmoon = Consistent, ranged (more so than TLW) beast. Choose whichever fits your playstyle, but I reccomend trying out both as they are excellent weapons.
Sword of Sanghelios ty for explaining how each of them works I think that i will use the Hawkmoon because as you said its better at range and im also using a shotgun so the LTW wouldnt be so useful cuz it would have been another close ranged weapon
Gotta get Counter Balance and Braced Frame on it.. This gun can roll with Hand Laid Stock I believe, which would be better in my opinion, than Braced framed.
I have Perfect Balance and Rodeo on my throw in Light Weight and I murder fools. If you do a side by side comparison the Soul Stealers has better range than the Doctrine. You have to just adjust to the climb.
+Ryan Cat I got pretty lucky with mines the other day(finally, had given up on it for a while now) with Rangefinder+Rifled Barrel+Luck in the chamber with the options of switching out rifled barrel for explosive rounds in PvE.
I got mine with both counter balance and perfect balance and it still kicks like a freaking mule. The first day I used it was out gunning Doctrine of passings, now I can barely get a kill with it because of the recoil for some odd reason
I got injected mold and counter balance, it still kicks like a mother but once you get used to it youll outgun most. I personally just wanted to replace my doctrine.
Mr. Fruit why don't you take a tally on twitter or something for the best rolls on the guns before using them? That way you can get a great look at all the different ways the gun can drop with all the perks and use the roll you think is best. Or if there are two you think are equally good you could test both and see which performs better :)

Mine has Counter and Perfect Balance with the Red Dot. Middle roll is it can be drawn fast. It's really good.
I landed one with handlaid, snapshot, and persistence and its a pretty good gun. Best thing you can get on the claw is counterbalance.
