Fucking excellent. I'm saving up for a year to accumulate about 12k to get an rx8 and have enough left over to get all the new things one would get after purchasing an rx8. Love love love love love your car man.
I found the nav hood on ebay actually, then had to do a bunch of retrofitting for the Galaxy Note with the nav hood to move up and down properly. I ended up running an aux cord from the Note to the stock head unit, so that when I connected my phone to the Note, I could play music through the Note on bluetooth from my phone, and then through the car stereo from the aux input. It worked really well once I figured it all out
I used a Samsung Galaxy Note, and ran an aux cord from the Note to the stock RX-8 head unit so that anything I played through the Note came through on the stock sound system
@@XechoX419X I actually have a bunch of footage of me disassembling the stock nav hood and putting it all together. I'll edit it and post it up soon. I believe it was a Note 2, but I'll take a look at the clips I made. It has been a few years now so I'm not 100% certain
That has been my dream car since 2004 when I saw a friend in Venezuela. Just last year in November I was able to buy it and the one from 2004 haha but the engine didn't start when hot, only when cold. I was able to do several things, including the compression test and it was at 5bar, it was literally k.o.. I was going to keep it and little by little repair it, I didn't care but I had to sell it and I think it was my big mistake and I regret it. How I wish to have it again.
Looked! All is well and good luck in the future!

Would love step by step videos fixing certain parts on your series 2 rx8
i love the Rx8s and rotory engines .
Great car, my father in law had the same one. Economical, powerful, convenient
Economical? what did you puff mate?
I NEED to know how to make an RX8 economical please 😂
I would of street port the engine at least while was open, but that looks gorgeous
Thank you! The motor was street ported on both the intake and exhaust side. I showed the porting work in one of my other videos. The engine felt great
Where did you get that radio setup? Love that it opens and closes with the car running.

Thank you!
amazing broo keep it
Thanks 🔥
wow that a really awsome video for me
Would love step by step videos fixing certain parts on your series 2 rx8. Kind of like what chrisfix did with his new edge mustang.
Agreed! Planning on doing some for the R3 for sure!
I hope you modded the coolant overflow pipe to not run onto the electronics.
Thats too funny, I have the same Fast rims on my RX8, went with the bronze on mine though
Nice! Love the FC04s in bronze too. They look awesome
Where can I find that spoiler?
It's actually a Civic Type R spoiler. I had to fiberglass over the ends to smooth them out and then used custom mounts to fit it on my car
very cool video, thank you very much 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Glad you liked it!
Thanks for the vidio
Where did you get the spoiler?
Where can I find this steering wheel ?
What break pads are those?
Nideee!! Did u rebuild ? Or Did u bought parts?
What tablet did you use for the nav hood?
I used a Samsung Galaxy Note, and ran an aux cord from the Note to the stock RX-8 head unit so that anything I played through the Note came through on the stock sound system
@@garagenorth which note did you use. Sorry I'm trying to do the same thing but have been having trouble finding a tablet/phone that fits well

mines a 2010, just put a new reman engine in now gotta work on the body n interior
Right on! That's what I'm working on now with my 09 R3
@@garagenorth i would love if you shared where you find some of these parts lol as you know it's not easy to find them
Why won't he tell us the color
MIght want to add that you didn't do the engine work and that RX7 specialist did it. Nice try though
Loud
Stopped watching immediately when this man revved his COLD MOTOR. You NEVER rev a rotary when its cold..
If you're referring to the first rev in the video... The engine was already blown and had almost no compression. Very aware on how rotarys work lol
@GarageNorth thank God lol. For this you've earned me going back to watch the full video🫡
@@Chompy2Chains hahaha I appreciate it!
