Yes ofcourse fenugreek and coconut milk works for me and my hair became thick shining black and long within 3months but it has bad smell oxxxx
Today I applied Fenugreek paste with coconut milk to my hairs... My hairs are too thin 😭.. at first use my hairs are shiny and soft... Less hair fall... I'm bit relaxed now... I'll continue this twice in a week... I think it gives good result 😉👍... Who ever wants to try it... Go ahead... Really it works 😊

Never take any risk on your body. I am not sure how good it is but If I was you I would not use it for beauty or food but you can soak it for few hours and then transfer it to a pot and grow methi plants instead of throwing them out.
