The driver showed me Jeffrey’s performance of the song and I was blown away. Then today he’s on my RUclips recommended on Fearless! Awesome to learn Jeffrey is a brother in Christ. Wow, very cool to see John Cooper on Fearless! Hope that becomes a recurrence. Not a huge country fan but have to admit that song was insanely good, and clearly demonstrated why Jeffrey is a hit songwriter.
I listen to music from Aswad to Gheorghe Zamfir, when I get behind my awesome Tama drum kit, I play nothing but Metal...BUT, cry in your beer country is my favorite music and just realized that Mr Steele wrote several songs that I love. What Hurts The Most is part of my rotation and will add this one to my list. Every once in a while I play sad songs to remind me that the Lord graced me with a great life.
Jason and him parted ways years ago. I don't believe that Jason has fully explained why he left. Something about Uncle Jimmy wanting to do his own thing.
