You definitely have your own thing going in this community and it’s certainly refreshing. I’m so sick of sifting through ASMR content creators who are nothing more than a pretty face looking for attention and providing no substance in their content. Yes, you are pretty, but there’s obviously real though, time and effort put into your work. Thanks!

I learned real quick how yoga helps my addhd. Helps me be grounded. Ive been watching asmr videos less then 3 month's and have realized a few things as well. Then i stumbled onto your videos and learned that some asmr is better for me then others which taugh me why i liked some asmr channels a lot and otbers not so much. So why does it seem that only the video portion makes a big difference with my addhd?

When you say 'the video portion' do you mean the part before I tell you to close your eyes?

@ADHDASMRforInsomnia meaning the audio sensory doesn't matter or doesn't effect my attention span like the video sensory does.

@ADHDASMRforInsomnia maybe it was just the one time.
      Maybe both affected the same

The video section may hold your attention better because it is more stimulating i.e. it engages more of your senses visual & auditory perception vs just auditory perception x

This was truly a unique experience. I've been watching ASMR videos for awhile now and that is the first one where I progressively felt getting sleepier systematically. My busy mind was busy undercutting it's ability to work, but after a few cycles it was like wait, this is beginning to work then I began to fully give myself up. Also, the way my mind integrated the 2 half to begin to put the pocket watch in front of your face was trippy but effective! I wouldn't consider myself ADHD, but sometimes have racing thoughts at night that can be hard to settle down. Lastly, ASMR is a tough thing to do starting out. Gently Whispering did videos for 7 years before it began to catch on and really getting views. Just keep on doing your thing. Make different variations to appeal to different situations or demographics until you hit on what works. RUclips is crazy, sometimes a video hits or it doesn't, but who knows it might on the next algorithm change! I would like to encourage you to keep going on your journey! Thank you ❤️
