    Your videos really relax me in fact I'm subscribed to all your channels. I have insomnia. I also have restless leg syndrome sometimes. Every once in a while I also have sleep paralysis which can get scary sometimes. So all of these things keep me from sleeping in your videos relax me and help me have a piece of mind so I can actually sleep. Thank you! 🙏

      Thank you for your message my friend and your support. I was wondering if you had tried compression sleeves for your RLS? I am trying them with a couple of my patients following some research that showed a 90% reduction in symptoms. Here's the paper:

      ​@@ADHDASMRforinsomnia No because usually it's isolated and only happens once in awhile. When it comes to insomnia though that's a constant battle.

    Hello I came across your page 2 days ago and I’m really glad I did because I really have a hard time going to sleep. I fight to stay awake. I don’t like to sleep much these days and so this relaxes me and I really appreciate you doing these videos and your voice is so soothing ❤❤

    I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked for me, although I struggled with the breathing count. Have breathing issues.🙏🏼

      The breathing takes a bit of practice sometimes. Don't worry if you drop off the count, it won't make any difference as long as you don't allow your mind to comment on it😉
