Well said, the format of the show works because it's 3 colourful personalities travelling around the country doing fun shit whilst looking for fighters in small time promotions, it's a fun twist on a already proven formula for travel shows and even though the fact they're representing the UFC looking for prospects is a big part of it, the reason it's an entertaining show is the personalities of the hosts & that's why it has broader appeal than just hardcore fight fans.
Dana White is a truly fun person ... i mean, i never exchanged a single word with him, but i can tell, who ever can call him a friend is one lucky bastard :p
