@ I’ve had my eye on the Smolt since its release and haven’t pulled the trigger yet haha but the militaw is also catching the eye! I feel like the 3V smolt is a great little fixie!
I've been eyeing that Kizer Harpoon in 3V. It's currently 15% off now, but I'm thinking I'm going to wait for Black Friday. I feel like I may be able to get an even better deal.
i picked up the Militaw in D2, and Nitro V, last month, and both have gone into my EDC rotation right away. One on person carry, and the other has found its home in my truck's door cubby.
I've got a couple small edc fixed blades and looking for kydex sheaths for them. Leather is all I have now but would like to carry horizontally. Today I've got a CRKT squid and on the other side a slip joint Rough Ryder Apta.
I wish Holtzman would stop putting the sharpener on the sheath. I bought one for a neck knife and the sharpener was catching on material (like you said) and didn't feel great when your skin rubs across it. Today, I'm carrying my new Kizer Mad Tanto button lock.

It’d be nice if their kydex sheaths were simpler, an ambidextrous sheath, I would like them more…from an old veteran, retired in the foothills of the Smokies.

Id probably go Militaw or Boar they are both going to be on the larger side of a EDC fixed blade. Glad you are here brother 🤜🏻💥

I covered mine with some Gorilla tape and then used a razor blade to cut it close and cover the sharpener. Works well for me. 👍🍻

What I think is they should make it removable. Like it slides in to a sleeve or something. So if you want it you got it if not you can pop it off
I took a file to my sheath sharpener so the end wasn't sharp and that was all I needed to do. The thing was so cheap I didn't mind doing a tiny mod.

I've noticed that knives are starting to get smaller. As in some blade lengths. You have at least 4 inches. Or all little less . Somewhere in there .
