Hiiii. I don't know about the 750btnc but the e65btnc bass was pretty decent for the price... One thing I should comment on is that the hinges are a little fragile so the that is where the headphones ended up breaking ...

It depends on your budget... If you want to get him high end headphones maybe look for something else... But I'm still happy with mine for the price I got them

If its not way more expensive than the 55 I would say go for the 65 because I tested the the 55 in a store and it didnt cover as much over my ears than the 65 did
