Just made these. Absolutely decadent and so easy. I had maple flaked salt and when I realized it was smoked, I only put on two. Big mistake. So good. Made quite a difference with the salt.

Hi you two from Northern Canada. I may have mentioned this before but I make the key lime refrigerated cheesecake at least every 3 weeks.(I live alone so just one eating it normally). I cut it up and freeze the pieces and they thaw beautifully. It is just the best treat and saves my wanting to break my eating plan often. Really appreciate the recipe and highly recommend it. Great job.
Make your own chocolate, heat coconut oil, add coco powder, powdered sugar & vanilla, you can also add abit of peanut butter then i mix in coconut, or nuts or both, drop into molds or a tray, freezer, then pop out of molds

I can’t digest Lily’s , so I use 90% Lindt chocolate. Very low sugar. I wish you lived near me. I have a opened bag 0:22 of Maldon salt. . I tried it once on chocolate and my husband didn’t like it. Since we have to stay low salt, it’s just sitting around. I hate to throw it out, but I’m not going to use it.
@@user-hk8gp7ui6s found it. For me, the malitol sweetener would probably cause digestive upset. It has a diarrhea effect. I have a VERY sensitive stomach. Which is why I use ChocZero
I made these with bake-believe milk chocolate from Walmart. Soooo good. They do tend to melt onto your hands, so I hold them with a little wrapper when eating, and I keep the extra refrigerated. Thanks for another idea that is a simple and quick way to satisfy that sweet tooth.

I used to make them with Spanish peanuts, so I could make them in smaller clusters that would fit in candy making papers to fit in candy boxes.
