Nice amplifer, nice video! I have the Punch 400s, which I think has about the same power rating.😊
I start to get confused about the model names . I have to search the net for manufacturers specs 😂
Nice the power series from this era was pretty good but the punch line lacked a bit .
Punch line did about twice rated sometimes 3 times the RMS rating.
From what I’ve seen this amp is a punch 100 with improved power supply, they did not rate it 50 watts per channel like they did for the punch 100.
@@joshholden8561 I had a punch 401s 1200watt amp “lack of power”, it really didn’t have the power compared to my punch 500a2.
They started to print ridiculous numbers on the amps which can only be made with a 1 ms burst sometimes

What brand and gauge power cable you are using?
I use Rockford superflex competition wire in 73mm2 , that shouldBe 2/0 gauge I believe ? That gives me low voltage drop 👌
