Great ride!! even with rain the "wipers"on the camera worked well,,,,,very smart to pace the traffic from a distance you can focus on the surroundings without having to participate in the parade..well done
@@TheTor_Detours Hey I watched your up hill travels on the hairpins and they look quite doable on my Vespa. it handles the Rocky Mountain roads that are not as gentle as the hairpins. Beautiful country and I'd love to ride but I'm 7500 KM away. It looks much like our above treeline country. Thanks! Jeff
Rain in south West Norway, nothing but bright sunshine the five days I was there🤣 A wonderful ride on a truly stunning road. When was this ride recorded? Oh fun fact of my own, my son also says I ride too slow 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks, Alex! You were indeed lucky with the weather on your trip to Norway! This video was recorded late July 2021… Yeah, I am not super-comfortable on wet roads. Had a low-siding incident earlier that year on wet road + some kind of chemical spill. Takes a bit of time to build confidence again after such incidents. 🫤
@@TheTor_Detours I have only dropped a bike once and fully understand the confidence thing. I was in the mountains of Scotland doing a U turn and spilled it, even now I am extra careful doing one.
Also, meant to say, loved the extra details at the start of the video. I wish I knew about the ferry option and would have done that but only found out about it when I returned home.
