I love the fact that you guys chose Bangkok as your new home base. I love all the amenities your condo has to offer, and the pool was exceptional. The rent was not that bad, especially for the space and location. I would budget between 30 to 35k THB, so the total cost is in line with my budget.

Hey! I think on average we spend around $1750-2000 a month, also gym, eating out/order food and activities! So basically everything. We are planning to make a more detailed video in the future!!

So usually for 3 weeks it’s a little harder for a realtor as they prefer at minimum 1 month but yeah what gets them excited is 6-12 months or more! We used Beyond Horizon and it was a great experience(sadly our realtor stopped working during our stay). You can always try though.
Otherwise we would recommend airbnb(not all buildings allow it but many do for short stay) Or you could consider hotel hopping! 1 week per neighbourhood is a fun way to discover the city and places.
