Mr Premji as a person is very popular but I won't recommend any fresher to join wipro becoz of internal politics.
But these are the only downside of the company. Other things were ok.

@@Atul_Singh001 Sorry but no. Even without pandemic the company doesn't pays well. You would see one calculations for your salary but they would cut it in the name of project. You realise that if you don't have project for a month you don't get your full salary. Also you rarely get promotion because there is so many system in place just to stop it. If you haven't worked in that company you would know nothing. It's all tax saving for him.
