- Both sides of Interstate 95 in Norwalk have been closed for hours after a tractor-trailer, a fuel truck and another vehicle collided early Thursday morning and vehicles burst into flames.
Oh look another random fire, bridge collapse, and random act of destruction. 🙄
That's why they call it an accident.
To Brandon and Joel, High-tech devices with distracted drivers deliver disasters.
I don't think it's an "accident"
Overworked and exhausted and having accidents.
Bridges attract gasoline tanker truck fires like trailer parks attract tornados.
LOL
👉 This is exactly like the fire that occured at the overpass for the Aramingo Ave ext of I 95 in Philadelphia some months back.
Happened above 81near Harrisburg in May 2013.
Those backroad wires need to be raised to 14’ so that trucks can go through in emergencies like this
I lived in Stamford for 18 years. Every time we had a wind storm, ice storm our power would go out on our street. Not the street on either side or us. Down here in southern Nevada most of the power lines are underground.
They will just have to use 84, 91 even though it may take an extra half an hour.
It's a temptation to wonder if our bridges are under attack. Second tanker fire destroying a bridge and a cargo ship destroyed the bridge in Baltimore.

"Accident"
Oh no that looks aweful!
Just a random accident on one of the busiest Hyway's in the world & under another bridge too??? And no injuries or fatalities??? HMNN.
?
@@0tuken982 They're talking about how it's suspicious since there were two other major fires under a overpass/bridges in the past year, shutting down major freeways in Philly and Cali; conspiracy theorist things.
Almost like they got out of their cars and moved away because they didn't want to burn alive. How strange.
@@ISnip3rJoeI Obviously glad no one lost their lives, but if you haven't noticed what's "suspiciously" been happening to our major infrastructure all over the country over the last 3 years, then I guess you can just call this another accident...But I won't..
Don't drink the Q-tea lmfao I live here I'm more concerned about our local river. With all that run off over half that fuel went into our system and into the river.
How’s the handling of this compare to the train wreck in East Palistine Ohio?
I can see how a car could have caused this accident. At 5:30 AM in the morning, I-95 is an open highway. Drivers treat I-95 and the Merritt Parkway like a racetrack. I hope the driver is charged and made to foot the bill. Thursday was a nightmare for traffic starting with the morning rush. Cars were backed up in New Canaan just south of downtown on Route 106 leading down to the Merritt. The evening rush saw cars on back roads in Stamford and New Canaan heading up to I-84. One good thing is that if you know the back roads in Connecticut it is easy to bypass all the traffic.
Is this gonna increase gas prices 😮
Holy moly
I live in this area and traffic is crazy
IM NEAR 384 IN MANCHESTER BOLTON
ROADS ARE KRAP
I live in Connecticut traffic 🚦 is terrible
Unless it was Fire Marshal Bill I very highly doubt crews were trying to offload fuel from a fully engulfed fuel tanker as she reported.
“Let me show ya something”
Most won’t catch the reference. lol
It seems all pre arranged and orchestrated
You must be a conspiracy theorist! Why would you think that? Do you think ALL traffic accidents are “pre arranged and orchestrated?” You do not, it is very apparent, have a clue…
@@yankee2yankee216 it's because all of them happened near the bridges
U.S. Senators Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy, and U.S. Representatives Jim Himes, Rosa DeLauro, John Larson, Joe Courtney, and Jahana Hayes today wrote a letter to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) supporting the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s (CTDOT) request for assistance following yesterday’s events in which a tanker fire damaged Interstate-95 (I-95) and the Fairfield Avenue bridge in Norwalk.
Omg 😱😱
what a dumb truck driver parking under that overpass
Pinching the arteries
As described by all the chaos planners
Little here
Little there…🧐
Lol not sure I approve the way Biden is creating jobs LOL
Gotta look good for the 2024 election
Just a random accident on one of the busiest Hyway's in the world & under another bridge too??? Must be suspected for Terrorism.
Ah yes cause everything nowadays is act of terrorism, same people said the same thing about the Key Bridge in Maryland smh
Aka inside job
