Robotnick in Sonic Sat AM was truly the most nasty evil-looking version of Robotnick--and sounded evil--loved that voice! Very scary and serious sounding.
The Fleetway version was pretty good. Especially when he became suicidal. The loose adaptation of Sonic Adventure had Robotnik giving Chaos the emeralds not so he could control him, but so he could watch the planet die along with him.
I prefer the Satam Robotnik because he's like The Cobra Commander of the show. He's an intimidating leader who is selfish and backstabbing but also very threatening and intelligent to make up for his shortcomings.
Given that you reference the Archie comics several times it was disappointing that you didn't have any time for the Fleetway Sonic the Comic, particularly as their version of "Dr. Kintobor" is more nuanced than Archie's simple baby-face turn (and predates the Archie anti-Robotnik, origins going back to 1992) and really deserved that slot more.
Given that Eggman Nega is a descendent of Eggman's from 300 years in the future (as revealed in Sonic Rivals), I wouldn't say he's an alternate version of him.
There is also a nice version of eggman in the kainu verse when Sonic visited that world he built a giant. Sonic Mecha that Sonic could pilot to fight him.
I guess my favorite alternative version of robotnik is Anti Robotnik because he's the original form that he had before he became Dr.Ivo Robotnik and I guess I kinda like The Sonic X Eggman because felt like a true villain the fact that he had badniks that could destroy anyone just like sonic.
Robo Robotnik should have been higher. He became the main villain after the first one dies and he is pretty damn evil and I think he is a very good portrayal of him with crazy and equally clever plans.
Dr Ovi Kintobor is also from the Fleetway comics as that's his original form before an accident with an egg and a computer explosion which turned into Dr Ivo Robotnik.
I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who enjoyed reading the "Sonic X" comic book series, which was also published by Archie Comics, and I have every single issue in my collection except for #20 (the one that I missed out on when it was released). :D
You forgot to mention somthing major about Robo Robotnik. Robo Robotnik After the Real Robotnik's Demise Took over his Empire but was destroyed by Sonic. But his consciousness was transfered to a Backup body he hid away. At that Point Robo Robotnik became Dr. Eggman Robotnik and was The Archie Comics' Eggman Till its End.
I wold say Robo Robotnik because he becomes Eggman but with the sadistic nature of Robotnik Prime dialed up to 11. Killed his version of the freedom fighters. Installed explosives into his Egg Legion minions that he can remotely detonate at anytime. Had Tassleboys implants lock up leaving him unable to move as he was wheeled off ton stored away with "All the others" for the next 50 years, as an example to his Egg Bosses. The Genesis wave AKA Penders Thanos snap.
Sonic X Robotnick uses Robo Robotnick's Metal Sonic for a bit. This took place while Archie Shadow was dealing with a crying Chris Thorndike with ptsd for X Shadow already dieing.

There are only 4 hedgehogs in the entire franchise (unless you count Mephiles as one); Sonic (duh), Shadow, Silver and Amy. If there are more hedgehogs, I've either not seen them or they're unnamed background characters.
