In Trainz: A New Era, the trains stop frozen still when they crash or come to where they would derail. There's gotta be a way to change the settings, so when our train crashes, instead of standing still on the tracks, it'll actually run off the tracks, like in Trainz 12 and other Trainz adaptations.
There actually is a way, although it isnt technically a derailment. You have to connect invisible track to the normal track. Then set the switch going onto the invisible track. Than you have a realistic derailment!
Since my re-installation of Trainz, I lost the horn for the F40PH and I'm not sure where I got it. You might be able to find it on the DLS or hornz.yolasite.com/
Literally just thought of this while watching the video, also Im not a train guy in terms of technical knowledge at all, so excuse the randomness.. But.. You know how an airbag releases instantly when a car gets hit? Well what if there was a similar mechanism on trains where the moment a front locomotive became derailed or was involved in a head on collision, instantly the rest of the passenger carriages or freight cars disconnected themselves either from just the front engine or from each other entirely.. Would that help anything at all? Slowing down the momentum pushing the locomotive forward and perhaps even being able to stay on track because it isnt being pulled off the rails by the other derailed rolling stock (I think thats the right term lol?) As I said im not a train guy, so I know this wouldnt work otherwise it wouldve already been implemented by now. But more than happy to hear why it wouldnt work from those that know this stuff. Cheers!

Unfortunately we can't, we would have to trade the graphics for the Physics
