    Bless this good man for his compassion and courage to help others on that horrific day. I hope he is doing well and is healthy after being around all of the toxins in the air at Ground Zero.

    Your a good man God will Bless you for your beautiful heart and soul so selfless when many were running from this you ran to it to help.Not judging those who ran ijs shows how big your heart was

    From a polyvagal perspective your use of the word ‘mobilisation’ helps me to recognise you avoided total collapse by being useful and mobilising.
