Giuliani is bankrupt and selling coffee

- On the same day he released a commercial for his new coffee, Rudy Giuliani, and 10 other Republicans, pleaded not guilty to the same nine criminal counts, which include conspiracy, fraud and forgery.
Previously released records have revealed heavy involvement by those affiliated with Trump’s 2020 campaign to create alternate slates of electors in seven states after Biden’s win. Those records show that some of those affiliated with the effort sought to give Vice President Mike Pence a reason to declare that the election’s outcome was somehow in doubt on Jan. 6, 2021, when he presided over the congressional counting of the electoral college votes.
On Tuesday, most of the defendants appeared before a county judicial commissioner in person, sitting next to or near each other on benches inside the courtroom until called up by their docket number. Others appeared remotely, presenting volume and video mishaps that amused a crowd of onlookers, many of whom were there for other cases.
All told, the arraignments lasted for about two hours and ended with Giuliani, who was ordered to pay a $10,000 secured bond as an assurance that he will appear in court. At the request of prosecutors with the Arizona attorney general’s office, he was ordered to complete booking procedures through the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office within the next 30 days. - Приколы

(1) In General. A summons must be served with a copy of the complaint. The plaintiff is responsible for having the summons and complaint served within the time allowed by Rule 4(m) and must furnish the necessary copies to the person who makes service.
(2) By Whom. Any person who is at least 18 years old and not a party may serve a summons and complaint.
(3) By a Marshal or Someone Specially Appointed. At the plaintiff's request, the court may order that service be made by a United States marshal or deputy marshal or by a person specially appointed by the court. The court must so order if the plaintiff is authorized to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. §1915 or as a seaman under 28 U.S.C. §1916."

Can't believe Rudy is the same guy that got rid of the mobsters.
I can. Mobsters are a double edged sword when it comes to corruption and capitalism. It is not profitable to have people dying and running around the streets scared. Instead he simply got in bed with the other types of sharks in New York including the one kind he is currently associated with; businessman (specifically real-estate investors). So honestly not at all surprising. It is a common tactic to make yourself seem like you are a good person of action when it is far more complicated then that. Hoover did it with the Hoover dam; now we think about the dam he commissioned (which in it of itself is a large problem as it causes water flow issues down stream which exacerbates the drought in Texas and Mexico causing migratory patterns to be higher).

Not in all states, but in a shocking majority of them
It's true, but the electors he attempted to send were literally not the electors that Arizona had put in place
So yes, very few states hold the Electors LEGALLY bound to vote as the popular vote shows they should. Even fewer states allow the Electors to vote individually (e.g. one votes for the Dem, the other, the Rep). They have a name for Electors that do that; they are labeled "Faithless Electors".
