      Wqw was really busy, but people told me that it is unusual, and a lot of times, it's nearly empty. Maybe we picked a bad day 🤔

    Near Mysore is Coorg, Sakleshpur and Chikkamagaluru.
    These places have coffee plantations, lush green hills and waterfalls. Also the weather is awesome as year round it is between 20 to 25 degrees Celsius.
    Oh I remember Mark Wiens showed Coorg food with one Kodagu lady.
    When you showed Western media clips of India, I was wondering was I the only one who saw yellow tinted screen?

    Beautiful palace, I'm sure the video didn't do it the justice it deserved. Well done guys! I love India and have never been but being a solo traveler I'd be hesitant to go there on my own. I hear it can be pretty overwhelming for a female traveler.

      Depends a lot on the state. Each state is like a different country and culture. They speak different languages. Some places are fine for women if you move around using cars, which is very cheap (Uber). Some places are clean and safe, and others are not. It's a big country that is best to start in the Himalayas or the majority Tibetan areas. Or the deep south. Avoid large mega cities. Bengaluru is ok as long as you stay in an area with a high level of tech workers and education. How safe it is depends heavily on where you go.

    ACCORDING TO YOU WHICH PART OF IS GOOD SOUTH OR NORTH AS TOURIST PART

    • @rebornabroad
      @rebornabroad  3 месяца назад +1

      Haven't seen the north. I've just been in the south and the northeast so far. Both are pretty nice. Still some preference towards the south more convenient

    I saw your videos in China so let me tell you something about India and China.
    Both were low income countries 30 years ago. China through development oriented dictatorship has had 11% GDP growth rate for 3 decades.
    India through democracy has had 7% GDP growth rate for 3 decades.
    China in order to control its population implemented 1 child policy so their population stabilized in 1990s and is declining from 2020s.
    India on the other hand implemented family planning and its population has stabilized in 2020s and will decline from 2060s.
    Earlier I used to think that India should have also followed the path of China and it would have been more prosperous but today I think that an imperfect democracy is better than a wannabe perfect dictatorship.

    • @rebornabroad
      @rebornabroad  3 месяца назад

      💯 no question. China is also only developed in the big cities. Provinces are still like a developing country. They have zero personal freedom. They can't criticize leadership. I lived there two times, and each time, I decided to leave. I'd rather slower development, but more open business climate and a democratic country. I see huge opportunities here in India and plan to build my network.

See my friends in Mysore and then go from Mysore to Kerla. Just need to connect with some MMA clubs because i teach grappling but my Mysore homies know people so probably they can help
