Hello, currently, I start doing the Hard Gel at the salon where I work for. However, every time that I apply thick application, the customers' fingers get heat. Is there any solution that helps reduce the heat on their finger nails when we do thick application?. Thank you.
instead of applying 1 thick coat of builder gel, you can do 2 or even 3 thinner layers with a cure in between each layer (but do not wipe the sticky layer off until after final coat) and there should be little to no heat issues. the thicker the gel layer, the more heat while it's curing.
How do I find someone in my area that knows this technique and uses these products?! I moved from Arizona where I had a MASTER build gel technician (miss you Quang!) who has used this product to make my perfect nails look beautiful for over a decade. Moved to Chicago suburbs and every salon uses gel polish or gel polish with acrylic powder and just slides a bit of clear gel shine over top and cures it. It is like I'm from another planet even discussing this technique which was not at all uncommon out west. help!
When calling around to the salons you need to ask the salon for sculpted hard gel nails, not a soak of gel but a hard gel, keep in mind that some hard gels are now starting to come in polish bottles and can be applied with a brush just like nail polish, but they are still hard gels and won't soak off, anymore questions feel free to ask.
mmbrown82 My nail shape and size makes it almost impossible to use only gel/acrylic to create or extend it. I use the plastic tips because it's my only option, and it's also easier for me to do at home.
It could be nice if one could here but that terrible music did not allow me to understand a thing. English is not my mother tongue and I can not see very well f
Nice very informative 👍 keep it going
How do you use rocky pink cover gel? Can you apply it to the nail without base gel?
