Easy Amaretti cookies recipe with amaretto (almond liqueur).
Ingredients:
340 gr.self raising flour
120 gr.sugar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch vanilla powder
230 gr.butter (margarine butter) in room temperature
30 ml. amaretto liqueur
The recipe is for 40 cookies
