Wonderful and light recipe
Pork tenderloin with mushrooms and mustard sauce! A wonderful and light recipe that you have ready in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredient for pork tenderloin with mushrooms:
1 pcs tenderloin
1 onion (chopped)
1 cl. Garlic (slices)
2 tbsp mustard
130 ml sour cream
10-15 white mushrooms (chopped)
50 ml white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
30 g butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire
Salt Pepper
1 cube of beef or chicken
Parsley

Never tried slow cooked squid. Been a pro cook for 16 years and its always been "45 seconds in the deep fryer". Fried calamari. Boring! Im gonna try stewing them like this video, looks absolutely delicious, and I've seen how tender the calamari gets.

Looks delicious. But may i give a tiny bit of advice, at the 5:07 mark you add sugar, may i suggest using real honey, from a beekeeper, not processed like the store honey pots. Promise you, it will taste even better. Anyways nice video, getting hungry by watching it.

Thanks ,I don't know why its so hard to find Jaeger Snitzel with red hunter sauce anywhere. I have found one picture on Google that looks exactly like what I ate at Tony's Restaurant next to Pioneer kaserne in Hanau. I think your recipe is probably close as I'll find minus the cream .

Don’t like mixing imperial and metric I think all cooking should be in standard imperial measurements. Grams is such a dumb measurement when cups, teaspoon and tablespoon are literally right in your drawers for everyone to see.

@@AlexandersRecipes how can you be sure unless you know the specific weight of lemon juice? anyways measuring lemon juice by weight aint realistic but i see you put 50 ml later on in the vid
