    So my carrier I could actually slide out the face, set down while wires still attached and clean the fan blades with a tooth brush and a vacuum and slide right back in. Took like 15 minutes.

    My blades have a lot of rust spots all over the blades. I rinsed and used fan blade cleaner. Lots of dirt came off, but still this rust or rust like stuff will not come off. What should I do?

    Enducer motor not working but my furnace is over 40 yrs old, do I need to change my whole furnace system?

      40 yrs Wow! I would definitely replace the whole system.

      No need to change the whole system. Just replace the motor. There are shaded pole motors and there are cqpacitor start motors. If you get the shades pole motor you have one less maintenance thing to worry about because you don't have to worry about capacitors going bad. You could check if you have a capacitor start motor. Thes capacitors have electrical power even when the system is off. Capacitors are easy to find online and they are the most common cause of an HVAC motor not working if you have the type of motor that uses a capacitor.
