Let me know how it goes :)
What about kicking. How are you moving without kicking
Please continue watching the series. We discuss kicking throughout - the gist is that it is NOT beneficial early on when learning how to float and create forward movement. We will introduce it later in the series as well.

Hi, I am beginner swimming my biggest problem is breathing, please explain in easy way, I drink pool water every day. I practice so many ways, but I couldn't. How to exhale and how to turn head while inhale. Please make it easy
Thank you for your comment. You need to begin at Learn to Swim With Me Episode 1 and follow my ENTIRE process. You cannot learn how to breath to the side before you learn how to BE & RELAX in the water.
You are trying to run before you crawl.
Follow this playlist and if you follow EACH STEP, you WILL learn how to swim:

You can do it. Slow down and follow the process,
Coach Jeff
same here 😂😂 and i smell bleach water.😂
I have a low body fat
and my legs just keep sinking unless I kick. Really, frustrating.
Thanks for your comment - I understand, I have helped military / special operations with this exact problem. Relaxation and breath control are EVERYTHING. And, if you end up kicking gently during this movement, that is ok!
---
Do what works BEST for you... remember, frustration is going to lead to worse results as it creates tension in our body. Keep practicing... it will come!

Keep going!

@@caribeswim Jeff, thank you for your advice. I started swimming last year and have watched many hours of swim videos and I must say yours are there at the top. Obviously, since I started a while ago by now I am a little advanced and swim laps but feel that going back to fundamentals would do me a lot of good. It is very frustrating to watch total beginners to float beautifully.
My struggle now is breathing at my side in freestyle
Thank you for the comment - this video is coming later this week so stay tuned!

To YOUR Swimming Future,
Coach Jeff
Guys how deep is this pool?
Thank you for your comment - this pool is around 4 feet deep. We should ALWAYS learn to swim in shallow water to a point of skill mastery before EVER attempting deep water.

Thanks,
Coach Jeff
@@caribeswim absolutely that's what I want to do with my breast stroke as I was in the pool around 2-3 and couldn't manage ,I did it back stroke but I was too afraid to do on my belly floating 😢
IS IT OKAY TO BREATH WITH YOUR NOSE INSTEAD OF YOUR MOUTH
Thank you for your comment - the answer is no. You never want to breathe while swimming through the nose... it is likely to induce water to enter the nose which does NOT feel good when inhaled.

To YOUR Swimming Future
Coach Jeff
My biggest struggle currently is breathing out through my nose😢
Thank you for your comment - you can stay humming. Try humming your favorite song underwater. When you do this, air comes out of your nose. Remember to start slow and work up towards longer exhales. Also, lets work on relaxing fully and NOT forcing anything. If you have not already, make sure to join our community: we have 132 members just like you learning to swim www.skool.com/caribeswim/about

Is this video for freestyle breathing or breaststroke?
This is the step of learning to swim BEFORE freestyle and BEFORE breaststroke - its a blend but does look like breaststroke.
