Physics looks beautiful only till 1st year studies. Trust me people opt for chemistry as major instead of physics because of its horrifying nature. But yeah physics is very beautiful, nuclear forces, discovery of quarks, anti particles, god particles, fuels, rocket engine, and lot more to fill your mind with elixir.

I think in case of 41degree rainbow 🌈 when sun light enters into raindrops, after refraction at the interface, it gets refracted at an angle very close to critical angle and with same angle(obeying property of geometry) when light falls on the water -air interface gets totally internally reflected. This is the reason bcz of which intense rainbows are not observed at all angles but at suitable angles like 41, 51 degrees etc.

Finally my doubt was cleared. Even I wondered how it could be a TIR. For TIR to happen i should be minimum 90° so that emergence ray is glancing (from the ray diagram). However incidet light is always by laws less than 90°. So the only option left would be a 90° grazing incidence in which case no light would enter the drop.

Waise v sir TIR ek hypothetical concept hai kyuki electrodynamics ke anusaar boundary condition har samay aur surface ke har ek point pr valid rheta hai , jahir shi bat hai electric field light ki kuch dushree medium me v hogi to satisfy the boundary condition. Jisse kuch energy kharch hogi , but TIR me to total light reflect krta hai yani no energy loss but there is contradict to TIR concept , the field which move in another medium in TIR call as Eavancent ray

😅Jab aapne sawaal and problem hai kya batadi , toh maine sir pause karke socha. Ek thought jo aya ki kahin woh triangle ki formation hoti bhi hai ya nahin --- yaani mene socha ki kahin 2 jo normals banayi hai humne kya woh centre of drop pe intersect karti bhi hai ya nahin ---- I know i may sound a bit mad , but maine construction karke dekhi poori (taking numbers actually) and pata chala ki haa haan karti hai yaar , fir main kuch na soch paya and aapka reveal of the secret aage ka sun hi liya 😅😅
and fir i think this is the very reason ki SUNLIght dekehin toh dekho kitni tez and high intensity hoti hai but rainbow kayi baar kitni low intensity ka banta hai kyunki ek major part of light uss point pe refract hokar bahar nikal gayi and bachi kuchi TIR karke rainbow banayi

I observed the concave side of a spoon in my home, and found that when I'm at a suitable distance from it, an image is formed inside the spoon which is inverted with respect to myself, so is this image virtual or real? If it's real, then how is it obtained in the spoon itself? And if this image is virtual, how is it inverted?

sir, if a system contains two co-axial current loops of equal radius, then can we find the force of interaction between them by the magnetic moment of 1 loop in presence of the magnetic field of the other loop...by formula F= -dU/dr we can find U by U=-MBcos0
i came across this question where the distance between loops i very less than radius...
and attempted in the way i explained earlier but my ans didnt match...
